Pyotr was born in Moscow to a family of non-musicians. Fascinated by music, he started piano lessons at the age of four with a private teacher. His hobby soon transformed into a real passion for the piano. At the same time Pyotr was attending a regular school, he began attending Moscow Gnessin Musical School where he earned an opportunity to play with an orchestra at The Great Hall of Moscow State Conservatory for the first time. Currently Pyotr is a student at The Central Music School of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, in the class of Maxim Zheleznov. He has taken part in numerous master classes with famous professors including Dmitry Bashkirov, Boris Petrushansky, and Stanislav Ioudenitch. Since 2017, Pyotr has been a scholar at the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation.

He has given a variety of solo and orchestral performances in Russia and worldwide. Awards include first prize at the XV Open Vlasenko Competition for young pianists in Russia (2013), multiple prizes at Muenchner Klavierpodium, Germany (2014), first prize and C.M.F. Prize at the Concourse Musical de France (2015), first prize at the Bakulov Russian Piano Competition for young pianists (2016) , first prize at the Zhuhai Mozart Competition for Young Musicians, China (2017), first prize at the ClaviCologne-NRW Competition, Germany (2018) , Grand Prix and first prize and a special prize for the best performed Kazakh piece at the 5th Astana Piano Passion, Kazakhstan (2019).
